How do I checkin and out of my vacation rental? The day before arrival, you will be sent all checkin information. Each property will be self check-in and you will be provided with a door code that is unique to your stay. Are guest required to do any checkout instructions? No checkout instructions at any of our properties. We want our guest to enjoy a hassle free vacation. The clearer will take care of everything. What is your procedure if something is damaged in the home? We believe in managing the integrity of all our vacation rentals to ensure maximum comfort to all of out guest. When we find or made aware of damage we will have it promptly addressed. Please be aware that we do hold guest accountable for unreasonable damages and/or missing items. We do welcome service animals, but proper documentation will need to be submitted. One the service dog is approved, a non-refundable $400 pet fee will be added to your reservation. This fee covers the additional cleaning needed. Do you provide towels & linens? Absolutely, We provide enough bath towels & linens for each guest staying.
