* We have a NO PET policy. If you bring your pet against house rules there will be a $500 fine for the pet deep clean of the property in addition to standard cleaning.

If you’re looking for a great space in a perfect location in New Orleans this is a wonderful property. So easy to get to any and all parts of New Orleans from this location. Super clean, very nice inside and the hosts were incredibly responsive. Added bonus is Gabrielle’s next door which is such a great dining experience. Street parking was easy , house has an alarm and the neighbors are friendly. Loved it so much going back again next weekend.

Beautiful home and very spacious! Host responded quickly and was very helpful! Perfect location, close to downtown but also far enough away from downtown at the same time. We highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our girls’ trip. The neighborhood had so much charm, and we felt safe walking around and exploring. It was the perfect spot to come back to after a day of fun exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Check-in and check-out were effortless. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and parking is spacious and convenient. We had issue connecting to the Wi-Fi, but cellular service in the area was strong. We didn’t end up using the washer and dryer, and a bit more attention to housekeeping details—such as timely removal of washed towels—would make the stay even better.
