* We have a NO PET policy. If you bring your pet against house rules there will be a $500 fine for the pet deep clean of the property in addition to standard cleaning.

We had the best time staying in the mid-city NOLA home! It was a convenient location to all areas in New Orleans and the street car while staying outside the hussle and bussle! The home was clean and provided plenty of space for me and the 5 other girls on my Bach trip! I think our main let down was the outside area. It looked like the pictures online were taken from the other side of the duplex where they was a wooden fence on each side. Our side on one end was completely exposed to the neighbors next door so we did not feel safe sitting out there.

This location was great for our group trip of 6 guys. Plenty of room for everyone and the 3 bathrooms made getting ready for the day a breeze. The location was close to things that we wanted to do and was very close to the railcar. Unfortunately the rail was partially closed for construction but even then, taking a Lyft to nearby attractions and restaurants was inexpensive. The hosts were responsive and clear with their instructions and offered an early any-time checkout for a fee or a free one hour early checkin which was very helpful for us. Overall, the place was great and made for a fun trip with my friends.

The house is clean and very spacious, which made our trip comfortable and relaxing. A major bonus was the ability to park right outside the front door, which saved us a lot of hassle.
The location is absolutely ideal for sightseeing. We were able to walk to the streetcar stop in just three minutes, and the streetcar takes you directly to the French Quarter. This convenience made exploring the city incredibly easy and affordable.
